Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they have not used Premium features.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access to Premium until the end of your billing period.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • New subscriber refund: If this is your first Premium subscription and you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not used Premium features (unlimited likes, messages, etc.).
  • Technical failure: If a verified technical error on our side prevented you from accessing Premium features you paid for.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Renewal charges after the initial subscription period
  • Partial-month refunds after cancellation
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at billing@justdating4u.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Payment transaction reference (if available)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to Cancel Subscription

Go to your Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.
