1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JustDating4U, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use JustDating4U. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating your profile. Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate any person
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or chain messages
• Post sexually explicit or violent content
• Solicit money or financial information from other users
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our platform
• Use the service if you are a registered sex offender

5. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant JustDating4U a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Premium Membership

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹299. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

JustDating4U is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. We strongly encourage safe dating practices — see our Safety Tips.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustDating4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
